What is this

Involuntary crying, laughing, shaking, or vocalizing that arises without an obvious emotional cause. These releases appear to accompany the discharge of stored material — energy or unprocessed experience leaving the body through whatever channel is available.

Several accounts describe laughing uncontrollably at nothing in particular, or crying without sadness — the body releasing something without the ordinary emotional story attached.

From the accounts
Not just the body kind of shaking and trembling, but this audible release so that I could really allow the Kundalini to do her work during that explosion.
It's like and she starts whistling and she does screaming and she'll see she'll see the um It's like she intuitively sees stuck energy in people and she'll know to go to that person and she'll start vocalizing and it's almost like she's giving you permission then to release that.
So, so this type of release and healing can can sometimes happen spontaneously like that.
And I fell off the bed onto the floor, on all four, laughing and crying, laughing and crying loudly.
