Crying, laughing, or shaking that arose without emotional cause
Involuntary crying, laughing, shaking, or vocalizing that arises without an obvious emotional cause. These releases appear to accompany the discharge of stored material: energy or unprocessed experience leaving the body through whatever channel is available.
Several accounts describe laughing uncontrollably at nothing in particular, or crying without sadness, the body releasing something without the ordinary emotional story attached.
Maybe it s released as tears, maybe it s released as sobbing, maybe it s released as shaking and trembling and ecstaticness, but it s released and they re not the same again because they reached the level at which the impact, the imprint took place.
So it's the release of the charge that's been built up and the muscles contraction that we go into when we're in fear, so it's like shaking out all that muscle contraction and balancing the nervous system.
